We encourage our users to try our free plan and make a purchase only when they want to proceed with a paid plan. And while purchasing, please review the plan details carefully, before making a purchase.

    In rare cases where a refund may be considered, such as accidental duplicate purchases or technical errors, users must contact our support team within 7 days of the purchase. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to deny any refund requests.
